We've loved switching over to LoyaltyLion and working with Vicky as a CSM! She has been extremely helpful with recommendations to help us get some quick wins, as well as helping to think of longer-term improvements. In general Loyalty Lions support team has been extremely helpful and gives great step-by-step instructions on how to use their platform and make any customizations.

Our onboarding experience was so great! Our rep, Freya Morrison, was so resposive and helped us every step of the way! Seriously couldn't have had a better experience setting up our Loyalty Program.

Loyalty Lion is exactly what we needed from a rewards program - offering currency conversion, as well as many other features which their competitors could not. From sales to onboarding with Jason (who's fantastic, by the way), we've been incredibly well supported in bringing our dream loyalty program to life. It's become a great asset to our company and the response of our customer base has been phenomenal.

The onboarding support that we received throughout the integration of the app with our store was excellent: the team were accessible, swift with their communication and extremely helpful. The app itself has only been running for a short while, so too soon to evaluate its effectiveness, but first impressions are good and we like the fact that we can customise certain elements to make the look our own, and we also like that integrates with our mail program.

Everyone at Loyalty Lion has been amazing to work with from launch to maintenance. Hannah has been a great strategic partner assisting us in finding creative, tactical ways to leverage the program to meet our company goals. Jason was very helpful during our onboarding process. The platform was easy to integrate with our tech deck. I do wish there were a few more actions pre-built and didn't require custom dev from our team. You can only connect to one Attentive account so we can't offer points for SMS sign-ups for other countries.

Found Loyalty Lion very easy to integrate and use - and allows for a lot of customisation where requested. Jonny and Jason were incredibly helpful and responsive, answering many of my questions and being available for support whenever needed!
