Haven't started using it yet, but very happy with the solutions they provided when they replied to my two emails.
Loyalty Lion's platform isn't perfect, but it achieves most of what we wanted to do and way more than the competitors we looked at. Their team is professional and helpful, but there is a delay from the US to the UK.
All in all I give them 5 stars for having the right balance of features and customizability. Thanks LL

He's extremely friendly and patient - and super serviceminded. It's a pleasure working with him and Loyalty Lion and we're super exited to finally launch our loyalty programme in the nearest future.

Integrating our website with Loyalty Lion was an absolute breeze; Charlie and his team were really on the ball with our needs and expectations. The concept itself is a perfect tool for us, rewarding our loyal fans and encouraging customer engagement.
What an excellent system! I had it running within a couple of hours. Since then I've spent a little more time customising things and It looks extremely polished (if I do say so myself).
Ellie was there to hold my hand the whole time via live chat, I'm extremely happy with the timeliness of the responses, and the quality of the information provided. It feels like the message was read and replied to thoughtfully, not just auto responses.

The support team at Loyalty Lion is fantastic! Kerri and her team have gone over and above to implement all our requests, and it's much appreciated. The application itself is very good, and provides excellent customisation options in terms of styling, rewards, and redemption rules. Five stars.

De plus le SAV est très réactif et nos demandes sont résolues dans l'heure qui suit.

We have loved working with Loyalty Lion. Our account rep Vicky Vitkay was so helpful setting up our program for us. She took the time to sit down and review everything with us and gave great feedback on our program and also shared great examples. She was always very responsive and checked in with us as well! Loving this app! I haven't had it very long but it is easy to set up and easy to use! I had a questions and my email was quickly answered to help me solve my problem. I know this will do great things for my business!
