I wanted to love this app but it didn’t work well for us in the long run. We used it for one year. What I loved about it was the customer engagement and buy-in. Customers LOVED getting points for purchases. What I didn't love was partially a limitation of Shopify -- you may only use one discount per cart -- and that meant our customers couldn't combine discounts. Apparently that's not a problem if you're on a Shopify PLUS plan, which we are not. I have seen great strides made during the last year improving the app and making it easier to use and faster to use. If we were a larger company I think we'd be lifelong users of this app.
We just added this program to our account and are excited to see the benefits.
It was simple to understand and install. So far we recommend this Loyalty program.
We still use the basic service. This app leaves alot to be desired though, even paying for all the features.

Very easy to use and customize! Love the premium features but its only free for 14days. Hopefully, Loyalty Lion can release more features for the free users to help us scale up our business! I wouldn't mind paying for premium if I could achieve 400 orders and up monthly :D
Absolutely amazing quick service and love all the features, especially the trial which lets you see if you are able to make more with customers

The Best loyalty program app in shopify app store....
The app is easy to implement & has lot of features, which increase the sales
Scam! not recommended at all, I requested to cancel the subscription, and they charged me $499 after that. I will send a complaint to Shopify about that
Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. I believe the $499 payment deducted was due as part of a contractual payment balance, although you have requested to cancel, the previous payment was outstanding and due.
I can see that you are working directly with one of our senior leaders to resolve any outstanding issues and assist in your cancellation from our service.
Cannot recommend, just pick another one. To my knowledge there is nothing other loyalty programs cannot do, that LL can. No leeway for negotiating a yearly contract at all. Very painful process.
Onboarding support is not ideal. During the sales process you are being told things are easily implemented, that basically everything is possible, you just need to customize it. Very low developer support needed for that. Turns out that's not true and it's much harder than you were being made believe. When you want to get out of your contract Account Manager starts playing dumb (even though they are not), not letting you out of your contract even though you are fully eligible. First had to cc the CEO.
