LoyaltyLion Rewards & Referral

We love working with Loyalty Lion! Their platform is by far the best rewards program out there. Their team is super helpful and very kind. They only want to see your rewards program succeed, so they do whatever they can to help. There's some slight issues with developers not being available if you need something fixed, so it can be a little manual in that way. Otherwise, we love Loyalty Lion and wouldn't use anyone else for my rewards program.

Great product and recently they have very good customer service that helps quickly with things and make sure you're happy.

I LOVE this loyalty app! It works seamlessly on my website and in store, which gives my customers a great experience! I've told so many people about this loyalty program! After trying what seemed like an endless number of programs to see which I liked best, I've been nothing but happy with LoyaltyLion in the year+ I've been using it!

UPDATE12/17: I still *love* LoyaltyLion and always recommend it when others ask about a loyalty program for Shopify! We've been using it about 2 years now, and our customers love how easy it is to earn & redeem points in store and online. Thank you for having such a great app and great customer service too!

We´ve been working with Loyaltylion app for a few years now and it has definitely helped us bring in more revenue. Our clients love to purchase knowing they will win points and have a discount for future purchases. The customer service is great and on our plan we count with a specialist that gives us new ideas and we can have monthly meetings to revise all the features and see if there is room for improvement.

What can I say? This app is pretty darn perfect. Great customizable loyalty program, with all the features I need. Great customer service as well!

Our main reason for going w/this app over some of the others available was the analytics/reports feature. That part of the program is essential. Price is great. Easy install and set-up. We were able to have a simple rewards program up and running quickly. User friendly walk-through for creating bulk coupon codes as well. Responsive design is clean and non-intrusive to the mobile shopper. Love that you can customize the color scheme to go with your store colors. Heard there is a reviews integration in the future - definitely looking forward to that!

Had several communications with the customer support team over the course of our first week and they were SUPER helpful, quick to respond and always cheerful (even when it was my mistake!).

Definitely recommend if you are looking for an easy-to-run (for you) and easy-to-use (for customer) loyalty program.

We continue to have success with this rewards platform. Recently, we've really ramped up our usage of the offerings and continue to have our needs met and then some. The team and our account manager are very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our account manager (Vicky) has really helped push us forward to use more functions within the platform and expand our program. She's great!

So far we're really happy with the Loyalty Lion app. It was easy to set-up, and the support provided by the team has been excellent. We've only recently launched so are holding out to see the return but we're confident it's coming!
