So far, Sam and Ellie have been super helpful with process of re-launching our loyalty program. We aren't quite there yet, but their knowledge and superb level of communication have made it easy and enjoyable. They also share excitement and enthusiasm for our project which is always a plus.
We can't wait to fully launch to see the reaction of our members and hopefully, increased metrics!

Great customer service and ongoing account management. They actually reach out to YOU about about how to maximize your program. I found their pricing very clear. They have also been responsive to suggestions. Very client-focused!

We love this app! Easy to set up. Easy to use. The design looks great and we can already see that our customers are earning rewards which means they will come back and spend with us.
