Easy to use, easy for customers, works very reliable and offers a lot of features. Although the new pricing model is a bit of a pain, specially if you have multiple shops.

Have been trying to remove app from my store for days now and cancel my subscription. There’s no way to remove the app yourself with out the developer contacting you first . I’ve left several message with the app that I want to cancel my subscription and remove the app from my store but I’m being ignored . This app is very expensive over $400 a month and impossible to remove once installed . Shopify support is no help on this issue either . Please cancel my subscription and remove the app from my store .

Loyalty Lion has been a key factor in my retention program and has allowed us to market to potential and returning customers in different creative ways each month. Our loyalty app for the past 2-3 years, I believe. They are pretty decent. Got probably the most integrations with other tools. There could be more upgrades to their dashboard as it looks the same since day one. Definitely not the cheapest solution.
Namita is very helpful suggesting improvements to the program, the points/rewards structure. Definitely appreciate that.
