Reya has been incredibly helpful in setting up the loyalty platform. Nothing was too much for her! I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the platform.

Great so far from setup to implementation. Detailed process to get aligned and onboarded. Lots of info and things to have in place to make LL work with your store but their team takes care of everything aside from any internal decisions you have to make for your specific use-case. Freya was stellar in all ways and helpful at every stage.

Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and has helped increase our retention. My only complaint would we that we cannot schedule campaigns.

Easy onboarding and setup! We love the seamless free products. We do wish the platform had more custom abilities with customer profiles.

Great onboarding experience and integration with Shopify! We would love to see more customization in the future, but overall we're happy with this platform.

great! had a little issue automating some features with our CRM but Reya stepped in right away to help and everything is running smoothly now :)

Great customer service! Our rep Libby and the rest of the loyalty lion team offers frequent communication and a really in depth onboarding process. They have always been great in answering questions and communicating with our web dev team while prepping for launch!
