The dashboard is really easy to understand and, with the help from the very friendly and knowledgeable Kasia from the Customer Success team, we were able to get the programme set up very quickly. I look forward to seeing what our customers think!

Jason was very helpful in getting us up and running and ensuring a smooth transition from our previous loyalty program we used. We have added Loyalty Lion to both our websites. Will update a few months in once we have further data on how well the programs work.

We set up a loyalty programme for a quick launch within the space of a week and the Loyalty Lion team were so helpful and efficient in the setup and integration process. They were on hand to answer any question, however big or small and we're able to resolve any problems quickly. Thank you!

After 6 months at LL, the sales department contacted me to offer me a 20% discount if I signed up for a year on the classic plan. What I accept. Before the end of the commitment, the sales department contacts me again and offers me a 20% discount on the plus package but refuses to maintain the discount on the intermediary. They insist on the fact that I could no longer benefit from my discount on the classic plan and that all my data will be lost if I do not renew very soon. I struggle with this business approach and turn to the competition. LL confirms the closure of my account, but continues to debit me every month since then, I am on my 3rd follow-up email to request support for my termination. It's not professional. I am extremely disappointed with the service given the price charged. Since I installed GROWAVE which offers equivalent services see more interesting for less

Loyalty Lion integrates neatly into Shopify, offers endless ways of personalization and it also properly integrates with Recharge Payments. Plus the dedicated onboarding experience by a gentleman called Jonny was second to none.

Omar and Jason nailed the onboarding process for Loyalty Lion. We managed to have our Loyalty program up and running within a week of discussion, guided by experts the entire way. Albeit playing the long game with retention, the platform is already proving to be a seamless hit with customers, and the growth potential is infinite. Early days, though I'd say this is the missing piece to our customer journey and lifetime-value puzzle. Also the platform is easy to use, which is what you want when wearing 15 hats at any one time (biz owners you'll get me). Yay.

Great product and usefull, really a great tool to get your site being visited
Do NOT waste your time or money. OR just stick to the FREE version and fully test it for 6 months before upgrading. This company has overcharged me $187 since April, a total of $1683. A refund was finally provided in December, months later.
Customers are confused on how to use loyalty points, and the entire program has been a much bigger headache than ever anticipated. They make it seem extremely simple to customize and set up during the sales process, but once you sign the contract, you quickly realize that you will need to hire a web developer to make such customized changes. They will not assist you with the customized changes.
After the initial onboarding, you will never hear from support again, regardless what plan you are on. Our plan was $720 a month, complete waste of money. You are only attracting people who want things for FREE. Our loyal customers will be loyal regardless whether they earn points/rewards.
