Onboarding with Jonny was great, he offered a lot of insight that helped us kick off a successful program and really customize the little things in a useful way. We are still early in the program but we have been impressed with the initial results.

Great app, we use it for our four stores to drive loyalty. It has great integrations with Klaviyo and flexibility for offering your customers loyalty programs to increase LTV

Very expensive app which does not do justice to the spend. It shows you how much the member spend, but it does not say anything about the costs you are putting in, so you really do not know if it paying off unless you do the detailed calculation yourself.

AND; worse of all -it is impossible to cancel! I try to cancel, get a error message on the page in the app several times, contact the support, ...

Sent a help question on Tuesday 7th - Duraan replied on Wednesday giving me the help I needed. The direction he gave me was very easy to follow and led me directly to what I needed .... Thank you.
Only thing was there was no help readily available to answer my question for our senior management.

We just recently switched to Loyalty Lion to integrate our loyalty program with our subscription program. The app has robust functionality and meets our needs. Freya was very helpful during the onboarding process

Quick and effective customer service!
We have been with Loyalty Lion for a couple of years now but I would definitely say the best thing about it is that the customer service is quick and effective. The team will pick up on whatever is needed and will give you a fast response. Overall I would recommend them to any companies that need a solution for customer retention or lower costs in acquisition.

So far, so good! Libby was a terrific onboarding manager who helped us get everything set up with minimal fuss or issues. And thus far the software is working exactly as promised. Early signs indicate that it is improving our overall customer economics too!
