Loyalty Lion's platform isn't perfect, but it achieves most of what we wanted to do and way more than the competitors we looked at. Their team is professional and helpful, but there is a delay from the US to the UK.
All in all I give them 5 stars for having the right balance of features and customizability. Thanks LL
Our team has had a great experience with LoyaltyLion so far. Our Success Manager, Hannah has been a true delight. We've been able to launch unique campaigns to really get our customers interested in signing up for rewards!

Integrating our website with Loyalty Lion was an absolute breeze; Charlie and his team were really on the ball with our needs and expectations. The concept itself is a perfect tool for us, rewarding our loyal fans and encouraging customer engagement.
What an excellent system! I had it running within a couple of hours. Since then I've spent a little more time customising things and It looks extremely polished (if I do say so myself).
Ellie was there to hold my hand the whole time via live chat, I'm extremely happy with the timeliness of the responses, and the quality of the information provided. It feels like the message was read and replied to thoughtfully, not just auto responses.

The support team at Loyalty Lion is fantastic! Kerri and her team have gone over and above to implement all our requests, and it's much appreciated. The application itself is very good, and provides excellent customisation options in terms of styling, rewards, and redemption rules. Five stars.
Nous utilisons cette LL pour notre programme de fidélité et cela fonctionne à merveille. Les clients peuvent suivre l'évolution de leurs points et aussi faire leur demande de rewarding de façon autonome.
De plus le SAV est très réactif et nos demandes sont résolues dans l'heure qui suit.

Loyalty Lion is very easy to use, you can have a loyalty program up and running in a matter of minutes. It has all the basics you may expect a loyalty program to have and automatic emails. You can also grant/remove points manually to micro-manage your most loyal customers. The only complaint I may have is that the customization options are best at the most premium paid levels. Also if you have a multi-language website you need to pay for multiple instances of the app, so for French-Canadian websites, the subscription cost is twice as much.

We have loved working with Loyalty Lion. Our account rep Vicky Vitkay was so helpful setting up our program for us. She took the time to sit down and review everything with us and gave great feedback on our program and also shared great examples. She was always very responsive and checked in with us as well! Overall a great experience!
