Hannah (our CSM) and the support team are my go to resources whenever we run into any question or issue within LoyaltyLion. Update: all of the work the LoyaltyLion team has put into their dashboard and reporting have not gone unnoticed. The improvements reflect their commitment to continually enhancing the platform and providing valuable insights to users like us. Their support and expertise make us confident in the effectiveness of our loyalty program. We know we have a trusted partner in LoyaltyLion to help us make our loyalty program it the best it can be.

Before signing up for Loyalty Lion I took the time to research all of the other major players in the marketplace. All other apps had a functionality deal breaker. This app does it all, and does it well. It's absolutely amazing.

It took only an hour or two to launch (under a week to fully integrate seamlessly).

The pre launch support team was outstanding. They took the time to understand our business, and our goals for the program. That walked us through all options to insure we configured for optimal results.

The dev team was extremely helpful with configuring the app and troubleshooting challenges that other integrations caused. Thanks to their assistance we have a fully integrated, seamless rewards program.

LL has increased our sales a lot, it still has some issues needs to be solved, but overall the system is very helpful. support team are great.

Very intuitive app, easy to use and is already paying off just a few days in to launching the program. Jonny is a wonderful source of knowledge for us too.

I can't speak to the cost efficiencies for lower plans, but as far as advanced functionality vs others (we previously used Smile.io) Loyalty Lion blows them out of the water. We were able to do custom things we wanted that Smile couldn't, the onsite UX/UI is much better, extremely mobile optimized, the dashboard is much more useful, and overall functionality of building loyalty is more optimized and we definitely saw improvements when we switched. The LoyaltyLion team is very responsive and great to talk through ideas & optimizations as well, and they're continuously adding new features to the platform that improve the loyalty program landscape. UPDATE: They said someone would get in contact with me but no-one has and it been 10 days since I left my review. I'm now deleting the app in favour of a store credit/gift card app where the support team actually respond to you ;)

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Cannot justify the cost vs ROI! Our customers don't seem to redeem their points even when we make it really easy for them - Expensive and really hasn't changed much over the years in terms of the general look and feel. I've lost hope with rewards systems after this.
