We've had a great experience with LoyaltyLion so far. The platform is intuitive, offers lots of flexibility, and has helped us build a loyalty program that fits our brand perfectly. A special thank you to Sammy for making the onboarding process smooth and easy to follow, and to Hannah for her strategic advice and ongoing support. Both have been incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. We're excited to continue growing our loyalty program with LoyaltyLion!
The LL team have been excellent in our transition from Square to Shopify. We had an existing loyalty system that has been made even better with LL, and we have tons of new data to parse through and customer are loving the new points tiers, rewards etc. Big shout out to Nahum and the engineering team for guiding and helping us along the way.

We have just launched our Nipper Rewards loyalty programme using LoyaltyLion. Its so easy to navigate and customise, plus the support has been fantastic through our onboarding. A massive thanks to Josh, Libby and the team!

LoyaltyLion functionality seems as I would expect. Checks boxes for the big requirements we have.
Their support on the other hand is arguably the worst I have ever experienced. Issues I have raised takes DAYS, WEEKS to get sorted. Escalating the lack of urgency resulted in one big shoulder shrug. I will be leaving this app as soon as our contract is up.
