App is great. Has a lot of nice features to explore and we see also see an added advantage for customer retention. Customer service is also great.

We switched from another rewards app to Loyalty Lion and are really happy with it so far (we just went live last week). Our onboarding manager, Sammy, helped us put together a really beautiful page and comprehensive program. He was really patient with all of my questions as we built the new program and even helped me troubleshoot building email flows in Klaviyo. He also shared a Pinterest board of design inspiration from other brands' loyalty programs and email flows, which was really helpful in trying to put our program together and saved me a lot of time digging!

Working with loyalty lion is incredible easy, the app works great, awesome service. We have been using it for 2 months, although we didn't see the results inmediately, now we are starting to get more and more sales with higher AOV from our subscribers.

Update: They made it so you can update the users Tiers. AMAZING! Just please make it possible where we can edit a customer's email address and you would be the perfect fit! (Also a Zapier would be a great option)
I have no idea what these people are talking about as far as bad reviews are concerned. There is only 2 issues worth mentioning but NOT worth not going with them. The issue that you cant LINK them to the pop up (most all others do but you can link to a website its div'd in - so its ok) and the biggest one for me is you cannot edit the group the person is in or tier but this seems like this is coming in time. Couple little tweaks here and there (fixing what it says on the referral screen so they see what their reward is for doing it). THEIR CSS customization alone is worth $500 a month! A+
Now neither of those persuade me from going anywhere else. For multiple location, and multiple accounts THIS is the answer. And they replace online as well so its an all in one solution. The pricing isnt bad either when you factor in WHAT you would pay for for 2 different platforms cause nothing else links the 2 together. Appcard is a HUGE rip off, HUGE. These guys do everything they do plus a lot more. Sweet-tooth is very selective on what they implement; and even then its nothing worth going to them over these guys. All the competition base it off of HOW many customers while LL bases it off of how many ORDERS. Just an amazing platform and would def recommend to anyone looking for a great all in one.
So far very impressed all round - look forward to seeing it develop.
I love this app, better than the S loyalty system. One major reason is this app can be totally customized and internationalized. Also the whole design is more comprehensive.
A function missing in this app is the importing function. But their is very responsive, and they promise they are working on imputing function.

Scam! not recommended at all, I requested to cancel the subscription, and they charged me $499 after that. I will send a complaint to Shopify about that

Loyalty Lion integrated seamlessly for us. The onboarding process was easy and fast and we've been using it for over 6 months now. Their customer service and responsiveness is also excellent.
