What a stupid app

This is a fantastic app! We were really looking for a way to drive engagement with our customers and this is it. Not only do we get to award loyalty points for purchases, but points can be earned for a multitude of other activities.
The dashboard is very straightforward and intuitive to use and the pop-up box that the customer sees is very slick and professional.
Loyalty Lion made incorporating a loyalty programme into my store so quick and easy - they've thought of everything and I'm already seeing the benefits of rewarding my customers, with increased engagement and sales. Highly recommended!
Easy to use and perfect for a small business as you can get the free version and just pay for the extras you need. Customer Service was great too.

So far this i s refreshingly simple and useful.
I love the simplicity of this app. It is straight forward kept the setup a breeze. I was setup in less than 5 minutes with Loyalty Lion's directions, and I now have a reward program that customers can be excited about. I also like the placement of the dashboard elements, and the FAQ is very helpful. I recommend this reward program app over any others.
This app helps you to also see which customers plan on shopping at your store often. Love it
The app experience is not bad, it's just not designed for a small business just starting up from a finance perspective. Their automated emails reminding customers about points are a necessity but it is an enhancement that you have to pay $59 a month for. I had to find another alternative because the customers were accumulating points and it just sat there and it's too much work to do it manually.
I recently installed the application for a new site. The application has many useful things. But I am hugely disappointed by the fact that if my store does not use a significant circulation language (English, French, Spanish) the program does not offer the possibility to do the translation yourself except for the amount of $10 per month, attention! every month not a single fee! (which would still be easier to accept) but why wouldn't it be free since I still make it and not the support team.
You disappointed me badly with this fee! It seems to me that you promote discrimination!

Our Onboarding lead is keen to connect with you regarding your experience so far and has been emailing you to help, but is yet to receive a response. We do use a third party for managing translations within the app, which is why it is a separate fee. If we could do this for free, we absolutely would. This app is easy to use and has great add on features at a low cost. I launched yesterday and already have people signed up!
