Very professional, quick, responsive staff. Asked a question my customer had and they responded within a short period of time and covered the question thoroughly. Laurence was very professional and efficient as well! Very pleased.

Very happy with the app - also to the quick response and a solution from LL to issues or questions that pop up. Some teething issues still with free shipping working 100% of the time with the loyalty points, but we are getting there!

I really appreciate that the Loyalty Lion team did a follow-up consultation with us on our loyalty program and suggested how to improve it further. We've made some changes and hopefully this will give us more signups and better ROI!

Great support and on-boarding process for a top-tier loyalty program. Integrates nicely into the site with minimal effort. Totally intuitive so customers have seamlessly started using the program without much of an effort. We just started our first double-points event and the response is nice!
