Very good app. Easy to set up, works fine also with APIs. It is a bit pricy but if you promote your program actively, it will pay off over a couple of month. To switch on the email notifications is a must, otherwise people forget about their points! Customer support is fast, accurate and competent. Highly recommend!!

I have used Smile, Swell (Yotpo) and now Loyalty Lion for our brand loyalty program. All work well, with the feature sets between the three being more or less equal and accomplishing the same purposes. That being said, my experience as a business owner has been incredible with Loyalty Lion. From demo to onboarding, the entire experience has been first class. I need someone to be involved with our program, and Sophie has done an excellent job of helping us get up and running, checking in regularly, and even doing much of the heavy lifting to get us launched. I highly recommend Loyalty Lion based on that experience alone!

Haven't used this for long. Customers seem to like the idea of the rewards. Have had one redemption and there was a hic-up or two because we didn't understand what we were doing, but we quickly got it resolved and my customer was very happy with the end savings. We're just using the basic plan for now until we see how much the customers actually use it. But for now, we are encouraged.

Loyalty Lion managed our Transition from another Loyalty Program efficiently and successfully. Luana - our Customer Success Manager - was, and continues to be, very attentive while we learn and manage the new system. That said, the software itself is very intuitive and easy to operate, from both a merchant and customer experience. We're looking forward to growing into the program and utilising all of it's amazing features and benefits. We have received excellent support and ongoing guidance from Christian and look forward to continue growing and expanding our Loyalty Program.

Amazing simple to use app. Ran into some problems in the beginning but customer service was really good and got the problem fixed within hours. Amazing Program!
