Our onboarding process was well organized and we had a good start with the program. In case of any quesions we get quick and competent support. LoyaltyLion is easy to use and I also find the help articles very detailed and helpful.

Great experience, great tool, great people. Easy onboarding process with knowledgeable reps and easy to use interface. Will require an HTML skills to update automatic emails, but if you're engaging customers through email already you'll be fine. 5/5, would use again.

Good app to engage a community. The free plan offers points to customers after purchase, for visiting your site and for creating an account. This is enough to start building customer loyalty in the first place. Then there are many possibilities to improve the program by paying and I think the costs can be amortized very quickly depending on the strategy. Very easy to use app. Responsive and very pleasant customer service. Thank you Hannah.

Very happy with Loyalty Lion! Set-up and installation was super easy! The Loyalty Lion staff are very responsive and easy to work with. App is easy to manage and our customers love it.

We switched from another rewards app to Loyalty Lion and are really happy with it so far (we just went live last week). Our onboarding manager, Sammy, helped us put together a really beautiful page and comprehensive program. He was really patient with all of my questions as we built the new program and even helped me troubleshoot building email flows in Klaviyo. He also shared a Pinterest board of design inspiration from other brands' loyalty programs and email flows, which was really helpful in trying to put our program together and saved me a lot of time digging!
Looking forward to seeing the success of the program and continuing to work with the Loyalty Lion team!

We haven't launched yet, but the onboarding and setup process has been fabulous. There are a lot of exciting features I can't wait to put into place, and any time I have questions or problems, Sophie has a quick answer or solution for me (even though we're several time zones apart).
