LoyaltyLion functionality seems as I would expect. Checks boxes for the big requirements we have.
Their support on the other hand is arguably the worst I have ever experienced. Issues I have raised takes DAYS, WEEKS to get sorted. Escalating the lack of urgency resulted in one big shoulder shrug. I will be leaving this app as soon as our contract is up.

Worst support possible. Spent thousands of dollars and app is still not working. There are much better alternatives for half the price.

We launched our loyalty program a few months ago and are already seeing a great return on it. It’s a powerful loyalty solution that makes it easy to build a tier-based rewards program that truly incentivises repeat purchases and customer engagement. The onboarding was super speedy and seamless. The team was incredibly responsive and had everything set up in under 48 hours.
