Really happy with the support I receive from this platform. Even when I feedback things that could change they really do listen and make changes. It has really helped us increase our returning customer rate and their development team is second to none. We have a wonderful account manager Anusha who has been on hand every time we have needed something. No matter it being big or small.

Really pleased with the support and implementation process of this app. Libby was always so quick to respond, and if there was ever an issue/changes I needed making to our Loyalty programme landing page, she was on top of it - SO efficient. This is what customer service should always look like. Thanks Libby!
In regard to the app itself, we've found it a really fun way to engage with our most loyal customers on a different level - allowing us to give back to them in a non-monetary way. We've also factored 'double points' days into sales events which we hope will result in a higher conversion for our Loyalty club members.

Our store has benefitted greatly from LoyaltyLion! The integration of loyalty programs and gamification elements like badges and leaderboards has significantly boosted customer interaction. Let me start by saying Freya, our onboarding manager, is absolutely incredible to work with! She always goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The program itself has great features and is easy to understand and customize. Anytime I've needed anything or had a question, I was always met with kindness, professionalism and a solution.
