And, on top of how good the platform is, the Loyalty Lion customer service team is outstanding - quick to respond and always gets me the answers I need to keep moving forward.

She handled large CSV imports, double-checked our program, and answered my morning emails before lunch. If anything needed adjustments, she had it updated the same day.
