Really happy with the support I receive from this platform. Even when I feedback things that could change they really do listen and make changes. It has really helped us increase our returning customer rate and their development team is second to none. We have a wonderful account manager Anusha who has been on hand every time we have needed something. No matter it being big or small.

Our store has benefitted greatly from LoyaltyLion! The integration of loyalty programs and gamification elements like badges and leaderboards has significantly boosted customer interaction. Let me start by saying Freya, our onboarding manager, is absolutely incredible to work with! She always goes above and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. The program itself has great features and is easy to understand and customize. Anytime I've needed anything or had a question, I was always met with kindness, professionalism and a solution. The onboarding process was a piece of cake with the support of Libby White and her team! What could have been an overwhelming process was made easy with the team's very clear communication during the process and the checklists they provided kept it all very organized. Loyalty Lion is very user friendly and we were able to customize the great emails they setup in Klaviyo. Libby was there every step of the way with any questions I had and we just recently launched and are excited to see all the ways that this program supports our customers and our revenue.
