I've been using the app for a week. App is user-friendly and straightforward. However, the price is excessively high and doesn't make sense for effective sites. I believe the company sets its pricing based solely on the ambitions of individual sites it is not recommend as losing time

I decided to download this app as I have been having problems with my traffic not staying long enough on my site. It is a really good tool to look into this, with many features that can be used as you develop insight. Most importantly, the customer service is AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service like this before on another app. I booked an onboarding call, and Jordan took the time to carefully walk me through the app, and also listened to my queries with patience. Essential and worth it. I use their video recordings to improve my checkout experience and understand what about my customer experiences are working and what's not.

Lucky Orange is a wonderful little tool to help you see what your customers focus on and then make adjustments to your landing page accordingly. As an example, I noticed most customers breezed past an offer I had going on. The offer did not generate any more sales so I took it off. It was really helpful to see that my customers were not interested in it at all in real-time. I've also made other adjustments on my page based on customer behavior. It helped me make my page more focused on what my customers actually want to see and what is important to them.
