This app was really quick to get integrated to my site, before having the app I used have an idea what customers liked, but after getting this app I was able to see certain products / styles of products that people did not click into much. Heat map also gave good indication on what pages I should focus on improving.

But in addition, it has lots of other measuring tools and resources that will be beneficial to our small business. The app itself worked fine, but I was really disappointed with the cancellation process. After downgrading to the free plan on their website, I was still charged for another month — something I wasn’t expecting. It turns out I also needed to manually delete the app from our shop to fully stop the charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.

Super application qui permet de suivre l'activité des clients sur notre site, et notamment de revoir leurs sessions pour savoir ce qu'il n'allait pas ! La période d'essai est assez longue pour évaluer toutes les possibilités que procurent cette app. Je recommande.
