I installed this app on a recommendation from my website coder, Rebecca from Rainy City Marketing. She always recommends apps that she says are "tried and true" and work well. It has been very insightful and we have used it to see if our UX experience is converting optimally. I look forward to digging into the data more. I especially like watching the recordings to gain insight into how people are shopping the site.

Lucky Orange helps me understand how customers and potential customers are using and engaging with my store. In addition to telling me where they are coming from (geographical location), how they are getting to the store (direct link or other), and how low long they are on the site, it tells me where they spend their time on the site. This helps me to understand what is drawing their attention and whether conversions are happening as a result. It also helps to know what type of content and which products draw the most interest.

I decided to download this app as I have been having problems with my traffic not staying long enough on my site. It is a really good tool to look into this, with many features that can be used as you develop insight. Most importantly, the customer service is AMAZING! I have never experienced customer service like this before on another app. I booked an onboarding call, and Jordan took the time to carefully walk me through the app, and also listened to my queries with patience. Best in class customer service. A very big Thank You! Amanda
