I am very satisfied with the Lucky Orange App. It is amazing to have so much data on user interactions with my shopify site and this data can really be used to optimze a store. I love watching the video recording sessions of customer interactions as well as seeing the heatmap.
It was great that Lucky Orange wanted to have a short introduction call shortly after the app was installed. Emilia was so helpful and really explained how to use the app and the data obtained from it - thank you Emilia!

It works decently well, had a glitch and the tech staff helped me out after hours. There are a few place where it won't capture all the information but it does a pretty good job.
the application works, BUT I can’t renew the subscription due to bugs in their platform, the button for online chat with support does not work, so don’t wait for help online, only by mail.

As I mentioned in my responses to your help ticket, it appears that your store was disconnected from our app which resulted in the difficulty upgrading. I included what should hopefully be an easy solution in my last email that can be done within a few minutes.
Per your concern about online chat, our Shopify-based contact is an away form. While we have live chat available on our website, our support defaults to email if all chat operators are currently helping other customers. We reply to emails as quickly as possible to make sure we can get a quick resolution to our customers. You are no exception - based on when we received your initial email, our team responded within the same day.
I’d also be happy to talk with you directly to help resolve this issue. You can respond to my last email to schedule a time to hop on a quick screenshare, or we can meet via WhatsApp, Zoom or Google Meet if that’s more convenient.

This is an excellent app, which gives us a great indication of where customers are coming from and what they are doing on our site. Easy install. In a few minutes you can see recordings already. With Shopify and GA4 events directly visible. Good app.
Combining Lucky Orange with Shopify and GA4 is an impressive trio with incredible potential. Are you using our GA4 integration as well? This app is extremely good. I was looking for a heatmap sort of app and I came across Lucky Orange and I'm so glad I did. I'm still using the free trial version but I'll definitely continue my plan. Using this app I understood why my visitors aren't converting.
