Excellent app and pro-active customer service! I found exactly what I was looking for and thank you Justin to help me! The app adds to interact with customers in crucial moments of their experience. Also allow to trigger action and study behavior. We had an initial test with the app months ago, but we are ready now to use it full!

First day in and I'm impressed. Interface is intuitive and lovely, and the support is great. Most importantly, it does exactly what we were hoping it would and more. I can't help smiling watching real customer sessions - so cool!

Had issues with downgrading from their free plan - kept getting an error message and their support took days to get back to me. App works great when installed correctly. Customer service is hit or miss on first attempt but eventually they get the job (whatever it is) done. Love this app and really appreciate all the insight for how customer shop.

I installed Lucky Orange after reading a great review about it. The app and the support team are incredible.
