Lucky Orange has been a game changer for our website! It’s incredibly helpful to see how visitors interact with our pages in real-time. The heatmaps and session recordings provide so much insight, allowing us to quickly identify what’s working and what needs improvement. I especially like the form analytics; it’s amazing to see where users are dropping off. The only downside is that it can take a bit of time to load occasionally, but that’s just a small hicup. Overall, it's been a valuable addition to our toolkit!

This is an excellent app, very easy setup for Shopify, and the customer service/onboarding call was 100% worth the time, extremely helpful. Highly recommend. This heatmap app has more features than I actually expected like page interaction and live view, and more than any other I looked at.

BEWARE. Don't hit your limit, any data on your account is inaccessible (including history) making the app useless. Reached out to customer service and was ignored. There's a no refund policy, so once the transaction goes through, your money is gone. Since I hit the limit in a day (not realizing anything and everything is counted towards the sessions), I have literally a day each month to see my data and then it's gone. Trapped for a year in this scenario. The bad experience does not incentivize me to upgrade, as I don't want to give them anymore of my money. It's not worth it.

Other than the heatmaps, which was what I was looking for, I found the recorded session of the customer's journey throughout the site very insightful. Also, there are features such as pop-up announcements and surveys which are very neat additions and you won't have to juggle around multiple apps.
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I love their camouflage nick name of the visitors. Definitely recommend this app to those who are looking for functions like heatmap plus many more.
