It didnt work for our Impact theme, the hole recording is gliched so we sadly could not use the replays feature. The support said, its currently a bug but it will not be fixed right now. There was no more effort to try and fix my issue. I asked for a refund since the app is not wokring like intended, that was over a month ago, i was charged with 40€ even after chainging the plan to free.
I even have the promis for the refund written, on email, but sadly that has not happened jet.
Dissapointed to say the least
We appreciate your feedback. The custom Shopify theme you’re using handles image carousels in a way that prevents Lucky Orange from capturing visitor data. Additionally, your refund has been issued, and we appreciate your patience. As I mentioned in my email, we had to wait for Shopify to charge you before we could issue the refund. That’s why you saw the charge on your account, which we then immediately refunded once it came through.

Broken App + Argumentative Support = Nightmare
This app burned through my session quota by tracking my own visits AND all the visits from their support staff during 3+ hours of troubleshooting (which forced me into a $44 upgrade). Even after that, it still didn’t work; no alerts, visitor tracking broken.
The way support handled my reasonable request for a refund was downright embarrassing. Instead of owning the problem, support was defensive, argumentative, hostile, and pushy about getting me on Zoom calls to do more troubleshooting, then refused to refund me.
Glitchy product. Wasted time. Zero accountability. Stay far away. Will be disputing this charge with Shopify.
I’ve already switched to "MIDA Replay Heatmaps" and it actually works!
Tip: Hotjar is another polished and professional alternative solution.

Excellent app to see exactly where customers are scrolling, clicking, adding to cart, or exiting. The free plan is perfect when you're just starting out. I love to use this when I've made changes to my site to see how things are working (or not working) for my customers. The customer service is outstanding. Quick, friendly, and helpful! The app itself worked fine, but I was really disappointed with the cancellation process. After downgrading to the free plan on their website, I was still charged for another month — something I wasn’t expecting. It turns out I also needed to manually delete the app from our shop to fully stop the charges, which wasn’t clearly communicated. It was a frustrating experience, and I wish the process had been more straightforward.

LO is a good way to track visits, however, not all visits record and/or play. The conversion funnels and analytics are helpful tools to see where visitors drop off and to check how successful social media campaigns were to drive traffic to our site.
