Lucky Orange has been a game-changer for understanding my customers' behavior! What I really like is how intuitive it is—it integrates seamlessly with Shopify and is easy to set up and use, even for someone who isn’t an analytics expert.
Unlike Shopify Analytics, which is simplified but lacks insights into the full customer journey, or Google and Meta Analytics, which can feel overwhelming to set up and interpret, Lucky Orange gives me a clear, real-time view of how visitors interact with my site. The Heatmaps and Replay features let me test the customer journey, identify pain points, and quickly make user interface adjustments to improve the experience.
“Game changer” is a phrase we love to hear from our customers! Seeing your customers’ experiences in real time can give you the insights you need to address their needs quickly and prevent any barriers to conversion. As you mentioned, traditional analytics can be either too simplified or too complicated. Lucky Orange is quickly entering our daily routine for store checks.
We installed it because something seemed off, and it turned out there were some tracking issues with Shopify. We checked the recordings and Lucky Orange gave us the peace of mind we needed after days of trying to identify possible problems. As we playing the video sessions, we started to analyze how visitors interact with our site, we've already identified key areas for improvement.
Although we don't have a lot of data yet, the heatmaps have shown interesting patterns—like the fact that customers are actually using filters, which was a surprise to us.
The dashboard also stands out by offering a clear and simple way to see a lot of useful information at a glance. Overall, Lucky Orange is becoming an essential tool for understanding what's happening on our site...whenever you feel something is not right, you go and check the videos!

BEWARE. Don't hit your limit, any data on your account is inaccessible (including history) making the app useless. Reached out to customer service and was ignored. There's a no refund policy, so once the transaction goes through, your money is gone. Since I hit the limit in a day (not realizing anything and everything is counted towards the sessions), I have literally a day each month to see my data and then it's gone. Trapped for a year in this scenario. The bad experience does not incentivize me to upgrade, as I don't want to give them anymore of my money. It's not worth it.

Easy install, very fast support response and plenty of analytics to help understand traffic and behavior. It's only been about 1 week so there is still a lot to examine and learn but so far Lucky Orange appears like a great choice.
