This app is incredibly cool! I love the heat maps and visitor sessions. It really helps me understand how customers are interacting with my site. I've only been running it for a few hours, but I'm excited to gather more data and see how I can improve conversions.

i used this app and it help me a lot to monitor my customer and track the store problems and then i will remove the errors and what customer wants.

i have tried over 3 apps like these to check when my customers are leaving, how they are interacting with my website, what part of my funnel needs improving. This app did all of that and more. It should get the recognition it deserves because it saved me a lot of time and money! If you're starting out I 100% recommend you getting this. They have a free trial so just try it for yourself.

Amazing app!I wish I had discovered it earlier!
I am four days into my trial and this app has shown me so many ways my store is falling down when customers visit - this app is worth it's weight in gold and great value for money. You could pay the same just for a decent chat let alone all the the insights it gives you! Perfect, I am not getting rid of this after my trial it's addictive - mind you I am not getting much work done watching it lol - Julia https://earringz.co.uk
So far this app is amazing - i love the fact that i can see what my customers are looking at, and then able to target those specific areas. The live option is amazing as well. the only reason I'm subtracting a star, is because sometimes it doesn't let me know in time that someone is on my site, and the chat is delayed. Causing me to lose the opportunity at speaking to a potential customer. Otherwise, thumbs up
UPDATE: soon after i posted this review, a representative contacted me and was very helpful in solving my earlier issues. All is good now, I am officially %100 satisfied.
