I am new to the Ecom game, but I immediately recognize when there's professionalism behind the team. At the moment the app runs smoothly, it's giving me the info I need, and everything is intuitive and easy to set-up. If I have to say what can be improved, I would say maybe to make the Help Center more detailed, but then they come with a set-up call, which is a plus. They know what they are doing. How you do one thing, you do everything, and the first impression and feelings are excellent.

This app gives valuable insights into what visitors are doing on your store and where there's roadblocks and friction. The UI is super easy to use and the support is great. Recommended.

I used Lucky Orange on my previous website which was not a Shopify site. It is extraordinarily helpful to see where customers are in real time and to jump in if they need help. The live chat service definitely made me quite a few sales. Don't hesitate to add it!

seems to suit our needs to far. We are taking it one extra step to record the users email address. This will help us determine site issues/ user error.

I used this app to help improve the layout and navigation of my store and ultimately my conversion. I can see what customers are struggling with and It would never have occurred to me if not for this app. Don't even try to open your store without it. GET -THIS-APP-AND-THANK-ME-LATER! Enough said...lol

I just installed Lucky Orange earlier this week to assess my CRO and how to improve customer experience. At first it seemed like a complex tool with lots of options, but then I had an onboarding session with Justin T. and OMG ... I am hooked - he listened carefully to what I wanted, showed me exactly how to get the most from the App and I have now wasted the last 3 hours playing with it . But seriously, my on-boarding experience was amazing and I am impressed by what I have learned already
