I bought Lucky Orange soon after opening my shop when I wasn't getting any sales. It's been critical for helping me solve design problems on my shop. Although it has many very cool and useful features, the session recordings have been the most valuable to me. There's nothing like watching your visitors navigating around your store, seeing what they see, to pinpoint problems that you couldn't see when you designed and tested it. Their tech support is also very responsive and good. I've only had to contact them once. After a few emails exchanged and we couldn't solve the problem, one of their developers actually pulled my session into debug mode so that he could troubleshoot. Oh, and that was during my free period before I purchased it. Buying the subscription to Lucky Orange was a no brainer after that! It's awesome!

This is the best app that i have ever used to see what the problem is on my store and what problems my customer have during their purchase. A must-have app I can highly recommend it. You will see everything as your customer sees and what problems he has. The biggest issue i see was the apps with pop up. Every time they see this they not find where to close it and leave the store.
Without this app you will never know this.
For me the best app that i have ever tried out on Shopify and bring me the most conversion rate because i eliminate the issues after seeing them.

Justin did a great job helping me figure out what was going on with the app in my store.
He responded to all my emails very quickly.
I love this app as I can see exactly what customers are doing, and where they are dropping off.
It helps to know what is working and what is not. That way I can make changes to my site as needed.

There is so much information within Lucky Orange that a couple of clicks through the app certainly do not do it justice. We are most excited to examine more closely the customer behavior online. The screen captured videos of every customer's experience on the website is very cool. It will enable us to target very specific areas of website communication that other wise we would not know. Great product!

Best app to understand why your customers aren't converting, I thought I had a store with fantastic user experience based on my previous shopify stores, but turns out what I learned so far doesn't apply to all stores... For example, the upsell on my cart's page doesn't show on certain devices unless the user scrolls down (and I wanted it to be visible immediately), another example has to do with older age groups (main audience for one of my stores) as they didn't realize there are more images for the product that they can see by simply swiping left or right, this made them keep on changing the variants to view the product in its other colors (it was a problem with a specific theme, so I added a swipe icon on the first image)... At first I thought their monthly price is not within my budget as I didn't need the app often, so I paid $50 for a limited lifetime deal with some other app, only to realize later on that I use it way more often than I originally thought, AND no one masters the app like Lucky Orange starting with its features, functionality, ease of use, speed, and ending with its super amazing support team. Thank you for such a great app :)

Wow, the amount of insight from this app is quite amazing. There is so much you can do with it and a lot of options. It's my first week but the insights have already been invaluable. Yes, you pay, but it is a cheap investment for you to learn your customer website interactions and improve your sales funnel.
