Heatmaps didn't work with country redirects, so not what we needed. I tried to contact support via chat about this, but no luck.
When we canceled we thought we could continue to use recordings, but they terminated the account even though we had 2 weeks left, that we had payed for.
Can't recommend this to anyone, and would recommend Microsoft Clarity that is FREE.

As mentioned in our email exchange, you are using our Classic app which closes the account once the plan is canceled. This information is included in a pop-up that requires you to acknowledge this policy prior to cancellation. Our new app does provide account access for the remainder of the plan following cancellation.
We would be happy to discuss this further. Please respond to our last email to continue our conversation. We would still like to reactivate your account for the remaining days within your plan and get to the bottom of your heatmap issues.

Definitely my favourite app on shopify. So helpful!! Provides a tonne of insights for shop owners and it's interesting to compare Shopify, Google Analytics and Lucky Orange stats! Can be some noticeable variations based on the way they capture info. I probably trust Lucky Orange the most out of the three since they're not trying to sell themselves in tandem with their service. The only thing I'd ask for is a more attractive contact/away form. Atm it's grey and very basic looking. Would be great to be able to customise the look to match the site. Everything otherwise is A++++! Great work guys!

Lucky Orange is great; the more you use it, the easier it is and its really simple to understand, yet powerful. It tells you so much and helps in different ways, all displayed with clarity. By far the best replay app I've used so far, able to show/view java apps on the site I wasn't able to view with other programs. The live chat is also very handy, the UI is very easy and detailed, thank you.

If you are on the fence about which reporting app to leverage for your CRO efforts, try Lucky Orange. It's on the low end for price considering what you get for $10 and in the 7 day free trial you start with, you can gather TONS of data. by the time your free week is up, you won't want to give it up. Great app guys!
I tried other chat programs and they usually worked okay but were expensive and one-featured or didn't work well on phones. Lucky Orange had great stats and control so I kept them. When I went to pay up for a subscription, there was a snag because i had two accounts. Justin in their chat popped up and asked to help. Boy did he! Couldn't have doen it correctly wihtout him.
All in all they have a great program and equally great customer service.
It has helped me snag a couple of sales I would not have had, so I feel it is worth the investment. Mike.
