This is an absolute essential must buy, every Shopify owner needs the power this product gives, the amount of data it gives you is remarkable. To be able to see a playback of exactly what the user did, not just how long they stayed on a page, did they see all the product photos, how long did the read the description for?, did they hop over to the delivery page?
The list goes on, and that is only scratching the surface. Simple pay the money get it.

This app gives me the inspiration to not give up on my business. I get to see that there are people that are spending a lot of time on my website, meaning that some people are enjoying our products! That feels good. But I need to keep putting the work in to make it a better experience for them. I can see first hand how people are navigating the site because of the what this app offers. I'm only getting started but I'm seeing the potential in consistently using this app. I get insights from it that I just won't get in any other way. Plus I haven't even started using the chat feature. Looking forward to that!

This app is the best solution if you are starting to sell. You can see your new customer behavior which is the major thing for good conversion. I had a long conversation with Bradley and he was a great support in the time where I had some dilemma during the work with the app. 10 of 10 for app and support.

I installed Lucky Orange after reading a great review about it. The app and the support team are incredible. It really helped me to have this installed when I launched, as I was able to see how people were navigating my site, where they were leaving, hotspots, possible confusion points, areas of interest and other great details such as what size they selected, but maybe then didn't put into their cart (where abandoned cart data would pick this up). It was really insightful and provided me with a ton of great knowledge on how to improve my website.

Really great customer support and I find the app to be very useful. You can basically see what your customers are doing on your website and gives you a clear idea where exactly you still need to work. There is also a live chat included and other cool features. Highly recommended! :)

UPDATE: Customer support reached out to me and refunded me from the charge that was made in error. I was impressed with their response. I'm giving them another chance and the app is working well on my site now.

I had the app on my site and had problems with it. so I had to delete the app and reinstall it. Got charged more than once and never got a refund. Just tried adding it to my new site and it didn't work. Just deleted it. Not going to reinstall it again or I'll probably get charged again.
