Great app so far. Amazing value for such a simple setup. Mostly using it for monitoring visitor sessions so far, but several other features I plan to take advantage of soon.

I still have a lot to learn on how to utilize all of the features. Although I feel like I am "Big Brother" I enjoy seeing exactly where people are going on my website.

UPDATE:

Like other visitors have stated this app has a lot of bugs. It works sometimes and then it will stop working out of the blue. The recordings can take awhile to come through if at all sometimes.

I used to see and monitor the website visitor and its work very good, but if the starter store has more days for trial will be better

this is the best app to see whats going on in your store what your customers are doing so you know what you can make better in order to increase conversions

This app absolutely rocks! It helped me identify a lot of flaws in the store design & I took those inputs to improve. For new store owners this is an absolute requirement.
