this app is THE one you never knew you needed until you have it installed - and then you don't know how you lived without it.
within the first two minutes of using it, and looking at the recordings of my visitors - i could tell where they were confused, what made sense, and what didn't. seeing that was and is invaluable.
you won't regret it - the insights will lead you to a better business.
I ended up REALLY liking this app a lot more than I thought I would. It seems like every time I'm on it there's some new feature I actually have always wanted. I even upgraded and pay for it and I almost NEVER do that!

I've been using the lucky orange app for months. Absolutely love the app and what it does. I had an issue with my previous account and not being able to collect data. I talked with Justin, he helped me figure out the whole issue and get my codes working on my site again. Incredibly useful app. Lucky Orange lets you see all your visitor's movements and provides the most accurate business intelligence that will allow you to make decisions in the future. I'm not a technical person and I still have a lot to explore as far as this app's functions but I'm very happy with it. Great value for money too.
I had an introductory meeting with Jordan on what lucky orange can do for my website. He was extremely informative and went through how to use several things like events surveys giving examples of scenarios to use them.
