Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay

It's only my 4th day of using it and I'm loving it already. I highly recommend this app. It helps on figuring out what needs improvement to improve conversion. Seeing live customer activity on your site is awesome enough, but they have more features to it, like the reports and some other cool features. I had help from one of their supports Justin called me on Skype and made sure I was educated about what I can do within the app. Great app, great support! Get it now, this is awesome!

This is an amazing app for understanding what your customers are doing when they visit the site. The heat-maps are really clear and track your visitors on their actual landing page, even on a mobile device.

Add on the ability to watch your visitors live and trigger a chat message with them, offering them help much like a sales assistant would do in a traditional store is a game-changer.

My only feature request is to add the ability to deal with chat requests via push notification to a mobile device, rather than having to be logged in via a browser. I understand this is coming soon as Lucky Orange are working on a mobile app.

Fantastic software, installed without having to do anything and works incredibly well for a low, low price. 5 stars!

We're currently undergoing a major overhaul on our website and were recommended to install Lucky Orange by our project manager. So far we've been happy with the app and the quick customer service response when we've had a question. In the first 2 weeks Lucky Orange has offered major insight into what was working and what wasn't on our homepage. We're looking forward to continuing to refine our website for higher conversion rates with Lucky Orange.

Revealed very interesting information. I could see where my visitors tended click, and where they exited my site. Helped me identify good and bad points of my website, so I could improve my conversion rate.

Currently on trial but interested in using LuckyOrange further to see how well it does with a lot of traffic!

5 Stars are not enough to give ratings for this Lucky Orange app. I am enjoying a lot with live visitors activity viewing and also with video recordings data of all the visitors activity. Especially customer support is just awesome. I recommend everybody to enjoy this features by installing this app.

Absolutely essential! This app gave me a lot of insights on how my customers are navigating the store, and inbuilt chat and surveys are a great addon! I wish they had a plan under $10 but the app is totally worth it!

Very simple and easy to use. The chat feature has been great for us; very helpful retaining customer information to help convert those leads into sales. Will definitely refer this app to others.

LOVE THIS APP.
