Lucky Orange is quickly entering our daily routine for store checks.
We installed it because something seemed off, and it turned out there were some tracking issues with Shopify. We checked the recordings and Lucky Orange gave us the peace of mind we needed after days of trying to identify possible problems. As we playing the video sessions, we started to analyze how visitors interact with our site, we've already identified key areas for improvement.
Although we don't have a lot of data yet, the heatmaps have shown interesting patterns—like the fact that customers are actually using filters, which was a surprise to us.
The dashboard also stands out by offering a clear and simple way to see a lot of useful information at a glance. Overall, Lucky Orange is becoming an essential tool for understanding what's happening on our site...whenever you feel something is not right, you go and check the videos!

I’ve been using an app that tracks user activity on my website, allowing me to access key insights like the most visited pages, heatmaps, number of visits, return rates, and, best of all, a live view of visitors navigating the site. The app works seamlessly and has become essential for people like me who have recently launched a store. I've been testing out Lucky Orange with a free trial and I've been really impressed since day one.
I've always thought that I didn't really need anything besides google analytics to understand how my customers were engaging with my store, so I was pleasantly surprised to find that using Lucky Orange was so much more intuitive, informative, and easier to tailor.
And the "rage clicks" feature? Don't know if I'll be able to live without it when my trial runs out. :)

The easiest install I've ever had with an app - instantly worked, instant feedback and didn't do anything bad to my site or create any lag. The information provided in the dashboard is easy. Everything is very intuitive and I love the AI question ability for analyzing site data.

I am still testing the system and waiting on a suitable time to have an onboarding call so that we can better understand feature and benefits, but from what we have seen so far, this is very useful and will add value to our knowledge base making decision making more practical.
