After trying a couple apps this is the best. The heatmaps and replay functionality are the best i've found and very helpful for optimization.

The information on the analytics you can get from lucky orange that you can't get from just shopify are awesome. Especially the feature of the heat maps is very unique and very useful.

Very very slow loading. Who has this much patience? The cart value doesn't show for every cart. Overpriced.
Thank you for your feedback. In researching your experience, we identified that your slow load experience was limited to filtering recordings in the Visitors section. If you have a larger number of session recordings or a longer date range such as 60 days, filtering can take up to 10-15 seconds, which may initially appear to be slow. Regarding the cart value, this is a known issue on Shopify’s end that we have previously reported to their team. This issue prevents visitors using an iPhone from showing a cart value, and we will provide an update when one is available from Shopify. Regarding your comment on pricing, we would be happy to talk to you and find a plan that meets your needs. To get the conversation started, simply reply to my last email. Downloaded this app and this SLOWED DOWN our entire store. Making matter worse, we already paid the premium version for 1 year, and they are not replying about a refund. This app took thousands of dollars from us! We will be contacting shopify for further escalation if we dont hear back from the app developer.

Our tracking code loads asynchronously, meaning it doesn't load on your site until the essential elements have fully loaded and are fully functional.
