So far I've had a great experience using Lucky Orange with my shopify store. It's helped me to learn about user behavior on my site and has already led to making adjustments to address issues that I've observed. The ability to view individual user behavior as they click on pages, links or scroll through a page has been invaluable for helping me to approach my site design in a new way. Highly recommend.

Just onboarding at the moment and would recommend the on-boarding call. Emilia took notice of what I had out in the call notes and answered my questions on Clarity vs LO with great clarity. Much better than just being bombarded with a standard 'death by PowerPoint'

I highly recommend Lucky Orange.
After I installed, I immediately saw the customer drop of areas on my site and we are able to identify the issues. Lucky Orange has great tools to analyze the customer journey and showing us how to improve our conversion.

I had an onboarding demo call with Jordan and he was very helpful with showing us the features and benefits of the system, and was passionate about the app. The heat map, and recordings of live sessions is going to be very helpful for our new website that launched to be able to track how our ads are performing.
