This app has to be "THE" most frustrating thing to watch in action. Your tortured watching your customers come and go WITHOUT buying anything! It offers NO solution to WHY and HOW to correct anything on your site. 3 stars because its useful spying on yourself. But thats ALL it is. A spy tool. This is neither an negative or positive review. Just my experience so far.
Im very happy with this app and the team. In the beginning it didnt worked. But the team helped me very quickly. im now in the free plan but im sure that i will change it in the future when im succesfull.

The heatmaps take for ever to download the data. And 90% of the time the page crash before the end of the download. I tried to decrease the amount of data by creating a sub segment and request data for only 1 day . But the same thing happened. I contacted the support team 1 week ago, but did not receive any answer.

Love the the live recordings! It's helping me figure why my conversion is low. Also the dashboard has a lot of vital statistics that can help you track your stores performance

Bugged app, made our website to freeze and stop working on different browsers and devices making us lose sales

It's a nice app where you can see how costumers interact with your store, and they have a free plan option as well.
