Overall works really well, sometime the captured video shows up a little strange, but not that major

LO is a good way to track visits, however, not all visits record and/or play. The conversion funnels and analytics are helpful tools to see where visitors drop off and to check how successful social media campaigns were to drive traffic to our site.
It sounds like you’ve been able to dive right into the insights and find ways to improve your website. very good software, nice to use, but some functino is not easy to uderstand and use, I would like to give 4.5 star.

Good app but would be preferable if it was accessible directly on shopify and not on a separate weblink. Also it does not seem to record accurately all visitors.

Really helps us understanding how the user interacts with our system, 1 star minus as it cant track vector tracing which would be super useful for our shop

Love the intuitive set up-in a business where my time is everything that is a massive win. I must say being in Australia I have found the online help to be pathetic due to time zone related issues.
However Lucky Orange has saved me in that I am new to this game and still trying to figure things out.
Through information on recordings I have been able to identify issues that otherwise would not have been eg broken links when I updated my site.
I have also identified a trend of people jumping to one collection of my site and never appearing interested in buying from this collection - this enabled me to do detective work in a different area which has resolved significant issues with my online advertising - so Hopefully Lucky Orange will be paid for within a few months of this error being resolved!
A good app for us most times, but it is pretty glitchy. We set things up and the settings do not stick. It is useful/helpful information and we will keep it!

I'm at the beginning of my business, only a few sales and that's why I'm on the free plan.
I fail to follow the steps of visitors because many records are not visible and I fill the limit with some "visitors" without a second of time visiting the site. I try to delete it regularly, but today I didn't have the chance and when I deleted those "visitors" it doesn't show new visitors, it only offers Upgrade - I don't have money for it at the moment, but when sales start, of course I will be on the plan with a larger number of visitors.

We appreciate the budget constraints that can come with running a small business, which is why we offer both a free plan and a plan specifically tailored for Shopify users who are just starting out with their online store and looking to grow their traffic and customer base.
