I've been using the lucky orange app for months. Absolutely love the app and what it does. I had an issue with my previous account and not being able to collect data. I talked with Justin, he helped me figure out the whole issue and get my codes working on my site again. Super fast response time and easy to communicate with. 5/5 all around for the app and customer service!

So sick of this app.

Not only don't the number of visitors tie up with Shopify, but it doesn't even list visitors that I know visited. They say it's all because Shopify records very short visits and they don't but there's a lot more missing than that.

I just logged on, saw a live visitor, watched their movement, then, it didn't show up on the list of recordings.

Lots more examples of missing data.

I've tried talking to support. I just got a standard reply, I don't think anyone actually read my email.

Is it worth having this app with these problems? Probably not, half information is misleading information.

Incredibly useful app. Lucky Orange lets you see all your visitor's movements and provides the most accurate business intelligence that will allow you to make decisions in the future. I'm not a technical person and I still have a lot to explore as far as this app's functions but I'm very happy with it. Great value for money too.

The app used to work well some time ago but now it does not work in any way. Not one single recording. No answer so far from the support. We will now use another app. What a shame!

Lucky Orange is the app that helped me figure out what were the things that confused my site's visitors and what changes or improvements I needed to make, or new things to test, based on these conclusions. With the help of this app, I could clearly see what I needed to alter to give my visitors an easy and pleasant experience. You can also use the polls feature to show your visitors you care about them and thus get their feedback, which in the end will prove to be really beneficial for your store. The Live Chat feature is powerful too, as you can instantly solve your visitors' problems right then and there, and avoid/minimize the cart abandonment possibility.
