Other than the heatmaps, which was what I was looking for, I found the recorded session of the customer's journey throughout the site very insightful. Also, there are features such as pop-up announcements and surveys which are very neat additions and you won't have to juggle around multiple apps.
The interface is very intuitive and easy to use. I love their camouflage nick name of the visitors. Definitely recommend this app to those who are looking for functions like heatmap plus many more.

Lucky Orange has been a game changer for our website! It’s incredibly helpful to see how visitors interact with our pages in real-time.
