Lucky Orange is the most useful app in terms of understanding user experience and customer behavior on your store. They send me a daily recap email of how many people visited the site, how they navigated there, and where they were located geographically.
The actual app itself is a lot more detailed, and it provides recordings of your customers navigating the site. I've realized a lot of places people were getting hung up or confused because of these recordings. This is invaluable for fine-tuning my customer experience.
I cannot recommend this app enough!

Great app I use it everyday so I can see whats happening on my store and what customers are looking at.
The app would be better if there was a mobile version I could use on my phone. but overall probably one of the best apps I have.
One of the Must Have apps for your e-commerce store. A great weekly reports.

Excellent support! They react within minutes. I had troubles with Mozilla, but there was an ad blocker which did block the app. Now it is solved. BTW Chrome works fine.

We fell in love with this app the moment we downloaded it. Although we haven't launched our store just yet, it's allowed us to test the site with family and friends and see where they have been clicking, what pages they've visited more frequently and also to watch live recordings of their activity on the website, allowing us to make tweaks... most were clicking on the '10% off' banner at the top of the page, which wasn't clickable, so we've now made this clickable etc, which I know which allow actual customers to have a better experience when coming to our site. You can also see browsers they used, the country/city they came from and their rating as a user. There's a free trial, so definitely download that go from there! :)
