Absolutely amazing app and also a must-have tool for a better understanding of customer's behavior on your store, especially when you beginning. It helps me a lot to see where's the bottleneck of my website funnel is, we do recommend it!

Coming from the land of traditional analytics and WordPress, I have to say that I am blown away with what Lucky Orang can do for such an affordable price. Within the first two days of my trial I was able to block bot traffic by IP address and I saw no slow down on my site whatsoever. I'm really looking forward to adding my other sites and seeing how I can improve my designs to get more conversions.

I'm day 12 into my trial and have been really impressed with this app. Really intuitive and gives me all the information I need in terms of site visitors, abandoned carts etc. Perfect for anyone looking for something to help with conversion and the data around it. Highly recommend

I have been using this app for months but lately, the live view mode isn't working well and some recordings are not showing at all. I tried contacting support TWICE and I never got an answer... I uninstalled it.. Updated September 24, 2021
I just received a call from their support team, and they were trying to reach me by email but for some reason, I wasn't getting them. They offered to help me out with my problems and offered me a free temporary plan until they fix the issue. Thanks again!

Our company had been looking into Lucky Orange for a month before while we were doing a site redesign, and we are more than happy we decided to move forward with them. My onboarding call with Justin was excellent. He answered all my questions, showed me some great features, and even worked with me on some creative ways to use surveys. I've also reached out to customer service a few times and in each session, my issues are resolved in a timely manner. All of the associates are friendly and knowledgeable. It's been about a week and we're already learning so much about our site and user experience. I look forward to diving more into Lucky Orange as we grow our business.
