Excellent! I wish I could give this 10 stars! Until now I was a Hotjar user, disappointed with the holes in their software. Lucky Orange resolved the issues I was having. Their system is incredible and offers so many features I didn't even know I was missing. My experience with their support team was top-notch. They answered all of my questions quickly-- I truly appreciate it (thanks Danny!) The customer service alone made up for at least 80% of why I signed up-- it was THAT impeccable!. (I talked to a real guy, not a robot!)
P.S. This software is a steal at $10! Lucky Orange, thanks for putting together such an incredible tool and making it affordable for us small businesses to enjoy.
P.S.S. If you don't already have this, you need it! Quit hesitating!
Loving the app so far and Kelsey was super helpful with my onboarding. I've learned a lot about how customers navigate my website through the recordings and filtering through tags makes it easy to navigate recordings.

Such a fabulous app. I can kick myself for waiting for so long to use it. But more than that the customer service is top class. I love also that you can schedule a 1:1 with someone to go through the app if a bit overwhelmed with all the features.
Don't waste time like I did. There is NOTHING better out there.

This application is awesome. It is easy to use and install. You can make changes to your website once you get to know where visitors are leaving the website.

This is one awesome app! Let's me see where my visitors are spending their time on my store. Also love how I can see how many times they have returned
I had used the app before and was not sure how to actually "USE" the app, I merely looked at the recordings with no real intention. I was able to have an "onboarding" call with Justin and he explained the features of the app and how I can use it to its fullest. I learned how to use it to even help me to decide the best products I should market. I'm happy that I got on the call, really made the difference.
