Not started using this properly yet, but after an onboarding call with Emilia I am excited to get started.... Hopefully Lucky orange will help me get to the bottom of my conversion challenges.

Honestly as a small buisness owner this is a must have, It literally has everything you could think of. Like heatmaps, and stuff. Its really cool how you can view customer sessions to see how they use your website

Just got started with Lucky Orange but I am LOVING it. It's so fun and helpful to watch people shop. Their platform is really user friendly and their customer service is so lovely. I also love that it doesn't effect site speed as much as Microsoft Clarity which is great too! 10/10 recommend!

Regarding site speed, you’re right! Lucky Orange is designed to have minimal impact on your site speed. Our tracking code loads asynchronously, meaning it doesn't load on your site until the essential elements have fully loaded and are fully functional. In comparison with other conversion rate optimization tools, Lucky Orange continues to receive the highest marks in Yottaa's annual report, indicating that our software has little to no performance impact on website speed. This is one of the best on site analytics tools I've come across. Tons of useful features that you'd usually have to download multiple tools to get from, plus super user friendly interface. It is the must have analytics tool for Shopify store owners!

Lucky Orange Heatmaps & Replay is my go to app for looking how my store is doing...Its really very simple and i understand everything it show and it shows everything i want to know.Really good app

So far my experience with lucky Orange has been great!
The app has enabled me to make better decisions for content and all round navigation on my e-com website thanks to precise customer path/ clic data.
The onboarding process was very easy and made much better by an personnalised call with an account manager.
