I'd say Lucky Orange is in my top 3 best apps for any new ecommerce store owner. It is easy to use and I learn so much about optimising my store by just using the app. I LOVE it! Highly recommend it - it is easy to use, super insightful and the friendliest customer service!

Have had for only 5 days but the app has already proved immensely useful. Simple to use, great onboarding process (Jordan is great), and seamless integration. Being able to see how customers are navigating our site is extremely powerful.

We LOVE Lucky Orange! A fabulous tool to interact in real time with our customers which minimizes incoming emails to our info account. The heat maps and conversion tools are helpful to track customers and see where they are getting lost/confused. Or to see why they abandon their cart. Overall a fantastic App and we would highly recommend it.
This app has an amazing amount of information and insight into how our customers are navigating our site. Extremely helpful to make our site as beneficial to customers as possible.

This app is the very first thing i check out in the morning. Can't do anything without this app. I can easily track all my customers and understand their requirements and update my store accordingly.The recordings i see also assures me that everything is running fine with the store.
