I started using this app to see how user friendly my website is. soon this app became my saviour. i learned how the customer was using the website and things i could do to improve it for a better ROI. i really like this app and im pretty addicted to it now. I totally recommend this to anyone with a brand new website that gets traffic but no sales. Get this and find out why. its AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!

Lucky Orange has the analytics I need for my Shopify store and exactly the insights that are needed to thrive and grow your traffic. Understanding through visualization is a key facet to a store.

Love the app and the statistics it gives and the ability to be able to chat with customers.

I was lucky the day I found this app as it is the most valuable one I use. After just 2-3 days of use I determined customers were having trouble moving around on my theme. I replaced it almost immediately. I can see where my customers are coming from, what times, what device they are using, and actually see their movements while shopping.
App was easy to download and set-up and I used the free trial before spending any money.

So far, so good! I installed this map for the Heatmap functionality and it's already proving useful for figuring out ways to tweak my pages. The backend is easy to use and I really appreciated the 15 minute orientation call. I didn't know that it also had chat and polling functionality, which are two useful features that I had planned on adding later.

I use this app every single day to analyze what tweaks I need to make on my website to make it easier for customers to place orders. It is an invaluable tool, and the support is swift and excellent.

I must say I did have some trouble getting the app to download the code correctly on my shopify store BUT after some little chats with Lucy Orange (Emilia) she managed to walk me through it and we finally got there. She was pretty amazing to be honest with you and I wish I had contacted via zoom before just messaging as it was a lot quicker and easier.

So far it's great and certainly helps me see who is looking on site and also what they are looking at...early days of course but so far so good! thank you Lucy Orange x

Great app! Highly recommended application for seeing how customers are using your site. There are lots of super useful features.

Lucky orange is one of those apps that is essential to my store. I do not run and ads without it live because otherwise I cant see any points of friction my customer experiences. This app has saved me so much money on finding simple navigation errors or spelling mistakes that would otherwise deter potential customers. Highly recommend, it isnt even up for debate tbh.

I just want to update my review: It says that I have been using this app for 3 days, when in reality ive been using it for months. I would not be where I am today without this app, I truly mean it. I ALWAYS find something I need to change, even when I proof read my website 5 times before launching an iteration. If you are wanting to know why your conversion rate may have tanked, or what you can do to get it better. Get this app right now.
